Chronos is the monotonous, sequential time that we can measure in hours and minutes. It is regulated, orderly and methodical.
Kairos, however, is the unique, radiant instant where we pause. It is when magic happens. It’s a moment of deep connection that we capture in the present. An awareness of a turning point that can change things forever. And it cannot be pinpointed and quantified. Kairos expands beyond any possible measurement.
